HER Digital Incubator has the honor to partner with The Council and First Republic Bank. Their mission strongly aligns with HER Digital Incubator’s goal of getting highly-motivated women the access to the knowledge they need to successfully integrate themselves into the investor-backed startup world.

Like our sponsors, HER also aims to level the playing field for undervalued entrepreneurs who, with the right resources and network, could dramatically improve their chances of securing investors for their businesses and ultimately expand female leadership across all industries.  

Throughout the incubator, founders continue to refine their pitches. Each pitch is graded across ~8 qualities investors look for to understand and get excited about a company.

At the end of the program, founders who are pitch ready will be invited to Demo Day with The Council, a global consortium of active female angel investors based out of San Francisco. 

There they will get one last round of rapid feedback from up to 40 active angel investors. This is a great way to get exposure to a new investor base and get real world feedback in a safe space.
