Mollie Fehlig

Founder & CEO

Mollie has held regional Executive management roles at global investment banks for 15 years, and more often than not, was one of the few women on the trading floor.While still working on Wall Street, Mollie began serving as a startup advisor in 2016, and has successfully advised founders through multiple funding rounds & milestones from Preseed – Series A. Mollie’s mission is to close the institutional funding gap by making knowledge and connections accessible to a more diverse group of founders. Mollie holds two bachelor degrees from Vanderbilt University in Economics & Human and Organizational Development where she graduated in 3 years with magna cum laude distinction. Mollie holds a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.

Priyanka Gandhi

Board Member & Head of Mentorship

Priyanka Gandhi is a finance professional with experience across private equity and corporate finance. She is currently the director of corporate development at Foresight Mental Health. Prior to joining Foresight, she was a Vice President on the Growth investing team at Sixth Street Partners where she focused on healthcare and tech-enabled businesses. Before this, she worked with Falcon Investment Advisors, a middle-market private equity fund, and HSBC within their investment bank. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University, where she majored in Finance and Accounting and completed a second major in Spanish. Priyanka serves as an officer for the Global Community Charter School, a volunteer crisis counselor, and an advisor to a number of early-stage startups across the healthcare and consumer sectors.

Alex Aitchison

Head of Sponsorships, Board Member & Mentor

Alex has spent over a decade building teams and companies primarily in the Bay Area and is a recent transplant to Austin, Texas. In the spring of 2020 she launched a company along with her former colleagues, Tack Advisors, with the objective to provide unparalleled career development training, management consulting and recruitment for administrative professionals at some of the world’s best companies.
She is dedicated to being the ultimate resource to teams building in complex and rapidly changing environments.

Monique Ly

Community & Platform Manager

Monique works directly with entrepreneurs and helps them operate more efficiently so they can focus on moving the needle in big ways. Most recently, Monique was an enterprise technology Project Manager at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) delivering global finance projects. Prior to IHG, she worked in operations with an educational tech startup based in Shanghai. Monique received her Business Analytics and Information Systems degree from the University of South Florida and was a Harvard Leadership Fellow through Project Pengyou.

Melissa Dusenberry

Board Member & Mentor

Melissa Dusenberry is the founder of All The Brilliants – an e-commerce community of women who create thoughtfully designed jewelry that is discerning and distinctly unique. Her creative curiosity, love for jewelry, interest in cultural history, and commitment to social impact are the sparks behind the brand. As a supporter of women and an advocate for knowing where your jewelry “ingredients” come from, she believes jewelry can be a reflection of what is of meaning and value to us.
